Only ONE team member needs to register for each team

6 people MAX per team

To successfully register your team, you will need the following…

  • Team Captain (we recommend having the Team Captain fill out the registration form)

  • Team Name (feel free to get creative!!)

  • All Team Member Names (First & Last)

Flag submissions

  • Earn 50 points for your team flag

  • Use your TEAM NAME as the name of your flag file

  • Format: PNG 1080x1080 px or 1:1

To add or remove a team member, you do NOT need to submit another form, instead, email denae@theoffsiteco.com with your Team Name and the name of the person you’d like to add/remove.

Video Instructions

Here’s everything you need to know about recording and submitting your videos:

  1. Participation & Points: To earn the full 100 points, ALL team members must participate! You can choose to submit:

    • One Video: Record a single video with everyone in it. If team members are remote, that’s okay—just make sure everyone is included!

    • Multiple Videos: If not all members can be in the same video, some can record their own individual videos. Just ensure everyone participates to score those points!

  2. Video Requirements:

    • File Format: MP4 or MOV

    • File Name: Include your TEAM NAME in the file name for easy identification.

    • Video duration: Your team only has to record for the set time for your assigned Group

  3. Get Creative! Feel free to use props, dress up in costumes, choreograph a dance, include pets, kids, or family—let your imagination run wild!

Ready to Earn Points?!

BloxStar points will be randomly awarded at EACH event - join for a chance to win!!

At the Closing Ceremony on September 30th, the top 3 teams will each be awarded Bloxstar points. These points will be distributed equally among team members and will be paid up to and in local current equivalent.

The prizes are as follows:

  • 1st Place: $1,000 in BloxStar points

  • 2nd Place: $750 in BloxStar points

  • 3rd Place: $500 in BloxStar points

Opening Ceremony

September 16th

Get ready to unleash your competitive spirit at the 2024 Infoblox Olympics, brought to you by the Culture Club and The Offsite Co!

Join us for the Opening Ceremony, where teams will dive into the events, rules, deadlines, and strategies to rack up points.

Olympic Relay

September 18th

The name of the game is speed and precision. This activity entails that your team gather items and complete tasks in your breakout rooms, take a picture as evidence of your work, and hustle back to the main room to send your picture directly to your host, Ranger Matthew.

You and your team will be asked to move swiftly between breakout rooms with your teams and back to the main chat. The winner of each round will be awarded one point. We will tally the points at the end to declare the ultimate winner.

Mental Gymnastics

September 23rd

Challenge your mind with Mental Gymnastics, a trivia game filled with clever wordplay and tricky riddles. Test your quick thinking and wit as you tackle brain-teasing questions in this fast-paced mental workout. Ready to flex those mental muscles? Let the games begin!

Trivia Trampoline

September 27th

You and your team will turn over the cards on the grid to determine what question or task you will be asked to complete. From Pictionary to Name That Tune to Trivia and much more. Get you mind together and prepare to act fast as the fastest correct answer will secure the point for your team!

Closing Ceremony + Video Presentation

September 30th

Join us for the Closing Ceremony as we celebrate the end of our virtual Olympics! We’ll share highlights, enjoy the final Lip Sync video, and…DRUMROLL…reveal the 2024 Infoblox Olympics winners!

How can your team earn points?

  • Only ONE flag will earn points per team

  • 100% team participation is required to receive points - individaul video submissions, group team submissions - ALL team members must participate for ANY points to be awarded.

  • First place = 100 POINTS

    Second Place = 75 POINTS

    Third Place = 50 POINTS

    These points will be awarded at each of the 3 events of the Olympics.
